I got a new phone / reinstalled — where is my kingdom?
Your kingdom lives on your device until you link it. Open ⚙️ Settings → Save / restore kingdom and link an email. On the new phone, link the same email and everything comes back — courses, records, currencies. If you never linked and the old phone is gone, email us with your creator name and we'll do what we can.
A purchase didn't show up.
Force-quit the app and reopen it — pending purchases are re-checked on launch. Still missing after an hour? Email the App Store receipt (Settings → your Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Purchase History) and we'll credit it. Refunds themselves are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Someone's course name or content is offensive.
Open the course card in Community and tap Report. Reported courses are hidden from the list pending review, usually the same day.
How do the tournaments and the Monthly Major work?
Daily and Weekly events are one ranked round each. The Monthly Major is three 18-hole rounds, ranked on total strokes; only players who finish all three are on the final board. The server ranks the board on the 1st and pays the jewel pot to the top 3 real players. Prizes are virtual currency with no cash value. Full details in the Official Rules.
I quit in the middle of a round. Is it lost?
No. Rounds save at every hole. Tap Play → Resume (or the event's Resume button) and you pick up at the start of the hole you left, with your scorecard intact.
Why doesn't my course show up in Community?
Courses still named "My Course" stay off the public list. Give it a name (My Course → ✏️) and it appears within a minute. Make sure you're online when you publish.
Delete my account and data.
⚙️ Settings → Reset save data wipes your kingdom on the device and your cloud rows (published course, scores, ratings). Or email us from the address you linked and we'll delete everything within 7 days.
Is Golf Kingdom suitable for kids?
The game is for players 13 and over. There are no ads and no chat. Under 18s need a parent's permission for purchases; Ask to Buy in Family Sharing works as normal.

Tell us the build number (⚙️ Settings, bottom of the panel), your phone model, and what you were doing. Crash reports are collected automatically, so often we already have the trace — your description tells us what mattered.
