About Golf Kingdom

1. The publisher

Golf Kingdom is an independent game made by one founder. The publisher named above is the "Publisher" in the Terms of Service, the data controller under the Privacy Policy, the sponsor of every event in the Official Rules, and the merchant of record shown by the App Store and Google Play. Bracketed fields are completed on registration of the company; until then the founder personally publishes the game and the same email reaches them.

2. Contact and response times

One inbox handles everything: support@golf-kingdom.com. Put the topic in the subject (Support, Privacy request, Copyright, Accessibility, Press). We aim to answer within one business day and to complete privacy requests within 30 days, or 7 days for deletion. Formal legal notices may be sent to the registered address above once it is published.

3. The stores

The iOS app is distributed by Apple through the App Store; the Android app, where available, by Google through Google Play. Purchases are contracts with you completed through those stores under their terms; see the Refund Policy. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of Golf Kingdom events and are not otherwise involved in the game.

4. Open-source software

Golf Kingdom is built on the following open-source software. Each is used under its licence, which is included with the software; the MIT licence in particular requires that its copyright notice be reproduced, which we do here.

5. Fonts

Nunito (Vernon Adams, Cyreal, Jacques Le Bailly) and Fredoka (Milena Brandão, Hafontia) are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and bundled with the app and this site; no request is made to Google Fonts.

6. Art, audio and text

The buildings, characters, props, course textures, icons, loading screens and the app icon are original works created for Golf Kingdom, produced with generative image and 3D tools and finished by hand to the game's art bible, and are © the Publisher. Course layouts published by players belong to those players, who license them to us as described in the Terms of Service §6. The game contains no licensed sports footage, no real golfer's name or likeness, and no real golf course's name or logo; any resemblance to a real course is coincidental.

If you believe any material in the game infringes your copyright, follow the notice procedure in the Terms of Service §15. We act on valid notices and remove infringing material.

7. Trademarks

Golf Kingdom and its app icon are trademarks of the Publisher. Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, iPhone and TestFlight are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. All other names are the property of their owners.

8. Legal documents
