Privacy Policy
Golf Kingdom is designed to be played without telling us who you are. This page explains exactly what we store, why, and how to get rid of it.
What we collect
- A random player id, created on your device the first time you play. It is not tied to your name, phone number, or Apple ID.
- An email address, only if you choose to link one to save your kingdom. We use it to sign you back in and for nothing else.
- Game data: your kingdom save, published courses, scores, ratings, event entries and votes, your creator name, and your friend code.
- Crash reports: the error text, a stack trace and the app build number. No personal information is included.
- Purchases: Apple processes payment and tells us which product was bought. We never see your card details.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no ad tracking, no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party analytics SDKs, no fingerprinting.
- We never sell or rent data to anyone.
What is public by design
Your published course, your creator name, your scores on leaderboards and records, and your entries in design challenges are visible to other players. Everything else is private to you.
Where data lives
Game data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, on servers in the United States, protected by row-level security so only you can write your own data. Crash reports are kept for 90 days.
Children
Golf Kingdom is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has linked an email, contact us and we will delete it.
Delete your data
In the app: ⚙️ Settings → Reset save data removes your kingdom from the device and deletes your cloud rows. Or email support@golf-kingdom.com from your linked address and we will delete everything within 7 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will tell you on launch. Questions: support@golf-kingdom.com.
